Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

mostly good
I like these shoes. Even though they are "the widest" I think I could use a little more room. I think my only big complaint is about the laces. They look nice but function badly. they're slick and do not stay tied at all. I really wish you would add a slip on in the widest size . I will likely order some boots for winter. On the up side, Lem's are the most attractive barefoot shoes I've come across.

Feel a half size too big
I have 3 pairs of the regular primal zen and these feel a half size to big. I’m bummed as they are expensive to replace as I find I’m not wearing them as much because they are too long too loose. The quality of the shoes are very nice as usual.

Great shoe right outta the box!
Been having pain recently wearing what I've worn for years and knew I had to make a change. I was looking for a wider toe box shoe for starters, but nothing looked or felt like these Primal Eco. No pain, no break-in period unexpectedly nice support around the ankle and fit perfectly after ordering a half size up (8.5 -> 9). So pleased they don't look silly on my feet as some of these wide toe shoes do. Very impressed. I'm back shopping for my next pair...
