Runs small but a great boot!
My middle toes are a little long so my toes don't arc the same as the front of the boot. This means I needed to get a longer boot to fit. My brannock size is 12.5 US. I ended up needing to by a 14 US since there is no 13.5 size. The boot it a bit big but it's nothing a thicker sock won't fix. Boot doesn't move around and is very comfortable. If someone has toes that match the arc of the front of the boot then I would suggest brannock size (brannock is the device shoe stores use to measure foot size if you don't know).

Barefoot boots. Extremely comfortable for daily wear
Wife hay the style, but she’s not wearing them! Have Morton’s Nueroma from ill fitting
Shoes. I have about 5 pair of LEMS. About all that fit well for all day. The extra wide fit is awesome

Good boot.
Very comfortable and light weight. Perfect for being on your feet all day.
Wished I'd got a half size up. I sometimes feel my toes are at the end of the toe box. The toe box is wide and I like that a lot most Chelsea boots are not. Break in period was short. Probably should have got waterproof for working in a nursery but didn't want to sacrifice breathability for sweaty feet.

Teenager loves them!
So sizing FYI - my son is tall guy with size 14 foot- he comfortably wears the size 14 in Lems tennis shoes yet opted to exchange the size 14 boot for a 15. The whole fam has found sizing up a size in Lems boots is more comfortable! Plus leaves room for thick socks! Comfortable and lightweight! Great boots!

Very comfortable
I still struggle putting them on.
That being said, once on my feet they are incredible! I really appreciate the wide Toe box and barefoot (zero heel) build.
