The shoes fit my feet great. Very comfortable. No pinch points. The website says they are true to size. That is categorically false. I have worn an extra wide 9 1/2 shoe for my adult life. I needed a 10 1/2 shoe here, for both the length and width. Exchange process was very smooth. So comfortable that I ordered another Primal shoe in a different color.
