Wide toe box like I expect from Lems. I am used to Hokas for running in the past few years. The cushioning is great in the new Zenspeed+. Extremely comfortable shoe overall. I won't go back.

All my shoes are Lems, and I use the ZENSPEED+ for CrossFit days when there is a lot of running. They work fantastically for running, so comfortable on my knees, no pain at all. But the extra padding does make them not work quite as well for the strength portion of CrossFit sessions. So, they are a bit of a compromise. But overall they work much better for combo sessions with a lot of running, jumping, and some strength work, then stiffer shoes with thinner soles do for me. I do wish Lems made a CrossFit specific shoe, but this one works pretty well.

was having some pain issues with running fitness events like 5Ks, hyrox sims, etc due to a lingering calf strain issue. these shoes helped immediately with pain relief. very beneficial to training.
