Pretty Good
Small period of adjustment as the area around my achilles was sore for a a bit after running in them the first time. They feel really great for every day usage. Started wearing them in the gym for back squat, deadlift and KB days (I've exclusively worn metcons for 5 years) and noticed I am able to feel my foot placement to a greater extent.
Great for riding my Onewheel, It has really cut down on the foot fatigue I was getting with all my other shoes while riding.
As for downhill longboarding, these aren't the best for that activity.
I typically wear size 13 and they fit just right in size 13.
