Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

WIDE TOE BOX

Built on our Wide Natural Shape Fit, this slip-on style allows your toes to splay naturally. The Malibu features increased volume in the vamp/toe box area compared to the Laguna.

ZERO-DROP

Places the forefoot and heel flat to the ground correcting posture, aligning your spine, and encouraging mid-foot strike.

CORK FOOTBED

By adding an ultra-thin 0.8mm cork top layer, your foot will be feeling the benefits of natural coolness and comfort, with or without socks.

Great slip on shoes!
Look great, roomy for my high volume feet, soles are good for hours of walking, and feet stay cool and comfy. The only complaint is that the black canvas seems to fading slightly already.

Good, but too expensive
First of all, I had to go up a half-size larger than my usual. It wasn't so much that the shoe didn't fit, but the back portion was nearly impossible to get over my heel. They do stretch out a bit over time, but I'd suggest sizing up a tad.
Secondly, I do like my Lems Malibu slip-ons, but I would argue that they're just too expensive for what you're getting. These are kick around slip-ons and nothing more. They should probably be half the price or less. If you want the same vibe at a 75% discount, do a search for "wino slip on". The ones from Kingston Union look great and are about $70 less. Just my bit of advice.
