Pánské boty Chelsea Boot Waterproof

Love these boots! I love that they are waterproof. Since they have a wide toe box, I am getting used to my foot looking wider. They feel a bit like clown shoes but that is probably my own personal insecurity.

These boots are perfect to run errands or walk the pup after a rainy day. I am grateful for giving these a try.

...I never wanted to take them off!

It took me a minute to figure out how to wrangle my feet into them - it is a snug opening that I'm guessing will loosen over time - but once on, they fit like a glove! They are light and durable and I feel in closer contact with the earth while hiking in them. Depending on the brand, I purchase shoes in 8.5 or 9.0 women's (6.5 or 7 in mens). These are 8.5 and I may be inclined to purchase 9.0s next time but I am too attached to these to take them off for an exchange!

I have been on quite the adventure looking for waterproof leather boots, with a wide or rounded toe box, that are not barefoot and also look good dressed up or down. I’ll be on a trip to Europe in rainy season, and thought I might have finally found the fit with these Lems.

I went to my local Lem’s carrier as recommended, and they didn’t have this style. I tried on a 7.5 (my usual size) and an 8 in the barefoot boot style similar to this one. The 8 was much too loose with socks, so I ordered 7.5 online.

Upon receiving them, they fit well with no socks, although the ankle is a bit tight. With socks(standard thin-medium cotton), the top front of the shoe is a bit narrow height wise. I tried taking out the insoles while I had on the socks, which fits my food but that takes away the comfort, obviously. Haha.

I want to try the 8s, but they are currently out of stock and I am not sure they will be back by the time my trip happens. I would love if the 7.5 size I have would soften up a little, but I am hesitant to rely on that since it has a waterproof membrane.

For reference, my foot is medium/average width and depth, roughly 24 centimeters(7.5/38 W). And I assume I have average size ankles since I fit in most boots with no issues.

I’ve tried blundstones and hated the heel and how clunky it felt while walking. These are comfy right out the box and I love how snug it is around the heel. The boot wasn’t shifting around and it was the perfect width while also looking stylish. Glad they made a boot with all the best features combined. I’m not really a barefoot shoe person but this boot has the perfect amount of cushion and flexibility I was looking for.
