And the winner is...
...these boots. I've used mine for about a year on all kinds of hikes and rucking. After the ultimate test last weekend I felt I had to write an honest review. I did a 72 km ruck race with a 25 kg backpack in 21 hours. I had to navigate with map and compass all the way, which lead me through some really gnarly terrain, mixed with gravel trails and asphalt. I really have nothing bad to say about them. I've had all kinds of low, mid and high boots and shoes for hiking and running. Nothing comes close. It's the perfect balance of light weight, adequate support, comfort and durability. I have treated the leather part with wax regularly, which make them almost as waterproof as a pair of standard membrane boots.
My longest foot is 29 cm, and I usually wear a size EU 46, but I got these in 46.5 because I wated the extra length for my toes on long and challanging hikes. If I was to use them more casually, I would have gotten the 46.

Great work boot!
Just got these yesterday and I'm wearing them of shift now. I was worried they would be like the Outlander boot where, even though they were advertised as the "widest" option, they ran fairly narrow.
I was wearing the Belleville Mini Mole boots in an 11 wide and they were very comfortable and had quite a bit of space which I loved. These are fairly more anatomical fitting, so they're snug but not too much. Time will tell if I go back to the mini moles but these are working out great, good stack height, looks good and easy to polish.
I'm only giving 4 stars because I wish they were a tad wider especially in the bunion area and I wish they had hooks rather than eyelets to make donning and doffing easier.

Best Boots I’ve Ever Owned
These boots are amazing! I’ve put hundreds of miles on them rucking on both roads and single track trails. Order a half size up from your normal boot size. My unit spends alot of time on concrete and I can wear these boots all day standing on hard surfaces and no longer get the hip pain I would get when wearing ultralights and other boots. I’ve tried qtb’s, bellevilles, nikes, danners (tachyon) and altamas, this boot beats them all. Phenomenal boot, excellent job.
