Men's Boulder Boot Leather

Going on year 5 with my prototype pair of Boulder Boots. The leather buffs up beautifully and the soles, even though synthetic, are holding up just fine. I'm waiting for them to fall apart, and it's not happening. The unparalleled style, durability and comfort makes me a life-long customer. When I slip into these flannel-lined jack-doopers, it's like, "Dang, it's goanna be a good day. At least I've got my foot situation under control." An old pair of Levi's and my favorite flannel shirt and, wow, instant Marlboro Man vibes. These are the all-purpose shoes that suite my lifestyle near perfectly. Will level up to the knobby waterproofed guys for next purchase - if only the same full grain leather complexion were available in those, that would be near perfection.

I've found waterproof shoes/boots keep sweat in during hot weather so I chose boots that I hoped would breathe & allow my feet to stay dry. In the 3-4 weeks I've worn these my feet have been dry every evening when I take them off. This is during 90 degrees plus daily. Also, the boots are dry inside by the time I put them back on the next day. But a little advice on sizing: measure your feet like the sizing instructions say to & follow that. If you think you might wear 2 pairs of socks, go up another half or full size. I normally wear 10 1/2 to 11 men's. In these I have size 12 1/2 & room for extra socks for winter.
