Lems Primal are the best
I have had the Primal 1, 2 and 3 (see photo). Always excited when I get the upgraded version. Great pair of shoes! Comfortable, lightweight, roomy, supportive (I do put in arch support). Highly recommend!

My feet are so happy!
I have a somewhat wide foot, narrow heel, and high arch. For years I have worn New Balance shoes or tried to find walking shoes that offered wider widths. I was trying to find a lightweight walking shoe for everyday walking and errands. I tried five different shoes in three different brands, and all of them rubbed my big toe or forced it inward. I then discovered the idea of a "natural fit" in which the shoe is shaped more like a human foot, and I found Lems online. Women's Primal 3 is a great shoe. It allows the big toe to be in its natural position and it does not rub my other toes anywhere. I also like the light weight, flexible sole which I think improves my balance. Some of my walking shoes had so much padding that I could not feel the earth beneath my feet. My orthotic easily fit into the shoe. Compared to New Balance, this shoe runs about a half size smaller. I love the bright blue color!

No more burning feet
The last few pairs of walking shoes I purchased pinched my toes and made my feet feel like they were on fire. I purchased an inexpensive pair of zero drop shoes off Amazon just to see if I would like them (because my niece and nephew love theirs). And I did like them. No more foot pain. So, I decided to try the Lems and I found the same result, no burning, no pain. I have dropped metatarsal arches and there has been no pain with that. I am going to purchase another pair soon.
