Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Seem great so far & even better w/ a few mods! Need a Primal Zen Pursuit Suede version :)
General:
Seem very well constructed & designed both functionally & aesthetically as a pair of casual/daily footwear w/ minimal/no heel drop & a super generous toebox w/o looking too awfully much like clown shoes. I love the Ocean colorway! Breathability seems great even w/ thicker poly insoles & waterproof treatment added & seem like they'll be warm & cool enough for comfortable year round wear.
Fit:
I usually wear around a 12 & ordered both a 12 & 12.5 pair in the Ocean colorway as my first Lem's. The 12s were likely a better fit in volume but seemed just a bit short for my long second toes. 12.5 w/ the stock insoles were just a bit too much volume & were difficult to dial in fit w/ the lacing w/o creating some hotspots. Swapped over to a set of elastic laces & a pair of the 5.5mm Adventure Poly insoles & am in a very happy place w/ them now, so much so that I wound up ordering a second pair of 12.5s in Graphite :)
Suggestions:
I wound up treating both pair of the 12.5s w/ NikWax Nubuck/Suede Proof as soon as I decide I was keeping them, would be nice if they came similarly treated right out of the box if for no other purpose than to help keep them clean & maybe prevent some dye bleeding.
I also would very much like to try a pair of these w/ a more trail ready tread like on the discontinued Primal Pursuits I've read about. Grip seems good enough for casual use, but I'm not too sure how they'd fair for me for more aggressive terrain &/or activities.

Best shoes I’ve ever bought
I got these to wear to work because I had some friends who owned some and they seemed really comfortable. I’ve loved them so much that I wear them everywhere I go now and I’m going to get another pair for work. They look great, feel great, super high quality. I can’t get enough of them and keep harping to everyone how much I enjoy them
