I chose the "tuff" version for longevity of the sole and they seem sturdy and well constructed. I think they will last a long time. If you are willing to sacrifice some of that barefoot feel for a heavy duty sole, these are the way to go.

I regret not ordering a half size up. I wear size 8.5 and that is what I ordered. With the insole removed and wearing very thin socks my big toe still lightly touches the end of the shoe sometimes. My pinky toe feels just a little bit squished in there. I'm hoping with some wear they'll stretch a bit, but I would definitely recommend getting a half size bigger than your usual shoe size, especially if you will want to wear wool socks with them.

I'm in Canada and can't take advantage of the kow hassle exchange unfortunately, but I think I can get some wear out of them anyway.

I have the Chelsea barefoot waterproof boots in brown and black.

This boot is stiffer but waterproof.

Great for me! Doing barn chores and hiking with my dogs.

The boots are rugged and excellent in spring weather.

Climbing rocks, mud what ever!

I will buy again!

The one thing that was not great was the sheepskin around the ankle.

Rubs off on socks…..
