Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Shoe for hospitality industry
Great shoe. I bought the Men’s Kourt grip for work. I own a butcher shop /restaruant. I needed a 0 drop shoe that was slip resistant and had a wide toe box. I’m glad I discovered this company .

HEY I am a dishwasher, these are the best I could find -just not totally ASTM slip resistant- at least not straight out of the box they sure aren't, but after I wore them on the street a few days, maybe that scuffed enough grip in the sole to be 50%-75% really slip resistant. In the good ol' all American dish pit, that, friend, is worth how much more comfortable they are than X, Y, and Z. They're flexible, strong heel support, anatomical comfortable toe box. The leather material has nice air holes all over the tounge and heel, that is so cool. Great thick laces. When Lem's says you can take the insole out and wear, they mean that, I do that because I'm a guy and these unisex shoes are too small if I don't, so if you take the insole out, underneath isn't that packing material looking white cover that is underneath most sneakers' insoles, but its like the rest of the lining of the shoe. Finally, it really is remarkable these are unisex sizing if you're serious about making every penny count here. Dishwasher salary, Hello. It doesn't matter if there's different pages on the website for men and women, let it not be remarkable when you order your true size, that they are only, infact, a generously approximate fit. PLAN FOR THIS. if you want to wear the insole, and you're a man, size up. If you really want to take the insole out, MAYBE size up, Get exact with how close you are to the size you think you are! It will make that much difference. Good reason to not order your true size…
