My first pair of Lems, bought on the very strong recommendation of a physical therapist who raved about them, were really great. I still wear them though the soles are showing a good bit of wear. I use them exclusively on my 3 mile walks on city sidewalks.
One thing I like is the width of the toe box. Lots of room!
The new ones, my second pair, are stiffer, but not uncomfortably stiffer. Is it the cork insole? The cork insole also makes my socks bunch up a little, sometimes making wrinkles that I have to work out. The laces seem to be stiffer and a little bit harder to pull through the holes and make them snug enough to not slip.
All that said, I still like the the shoes, am wearing them for my walks, and will likely buy another pair when these need replacing. None of the above comments are a big enough deal to NOT wear them, or buy another pair when the time comes.

I am not sure how many sneakers I have bought since 2021, but definitely many! My very first purchase was not so successful, but I called the company and immediately sent me a new pair. That was it for me, since then I only buy Lems. My sneakers and my boots hiked the Dolomites and stepped up and down stairs of beautiful Italian cities with me, in addition to the daily walks back home. I love the fit and the look! Highly recommended if you love your feet.

I bought my first pair of Lems about 3 years ago, and while they were still wearable, they were starting to feel a little tight, like they were just a teeny bit too small for my feet. Forget socks, my toes never would be able to put up with them.
So I decided to get a new pair, and I sized up a half-size. Ah heaven. There's an old Chinese proverb: If you want to forget your troubles, wear tight shoes.
Anyway, pretty good shoes.
