This is now my 4th pair of Lems. I have good arches and wearing shoes with narrow toe box and cushy bottoms were unknowingly causing me foot pain. And the starting of hammer toes. I found Lems and have not worn anything else since. I have three pair of Primals and these for work. I can walk and stand all day on these and feel zero fatigue. They are expensive but worth it. I went from no less than 12 pair of shoes in my closet to just 4. All Lems.

The most comfortable barefoot shoe I've ever had!! very true to size, I wear a womens 11 usually and the 9.5 fits wonderfully. The Cork soles do squeak but I do think it'll stop when they break in a little more.
