Finally waterproof Lems!
After a day of soaking wet feet, I thought Lems needed to make a heavy duty walking shoe in the widest width that was waterproof. I looked at their website when I got home and was thrilled to see the Trail Thrasher Waterproof shoe!! It hasn't let me down.
On my first day of wearing them, I walked through a 2" puddle and the water just rolled right off. I have a couple of fav Lems (Chillums) that aren't the widest width but my preference is always for the widest width and these are perfect. Just what I needed for rainy Vancouver BC weather.

So comfy AND waterproof!
So happy to finally be wearing a pair of waterproof shoes from Lems, and of course they are fantastic. Great fit and versatility. I love all things Lems, but am thrilled they added these to the lineup.

Stiff, thick sole for a barefoot shoes, but wide toe box and zero drop
I usually wear much more flexible barefoot shoes, so the very stiff sole and stiff upper was hard to get used to. But I wanted shoes that would keep my feet warm and dry when it’s cold out. These shoes look great and they are very comfortable for a stiff shoe. The toe box is wide enough and they are zero drop. I could use a little more height along the ball of my foot but overall they are comfortable enough for me to keep them. My normal size fits and I am wearing heavy wool socks.
