A little snug, so order a 1/2 size up...
Very comfortable and spacious in the width. I ordered my normal size, but they were a little short in the length - Lems replaced them, at no charge, with another pair ... 1/2 size up. Love em,
I have the trailblazers and had to go half size up as well... great shoes and fantastic customer service.

Nailed it
These are my second pair of Lems. After wearing my trailblazers pretty much daily for 6 months, i couldn’t go back to pinched-toes and a heel drop. I bought these as a second pair of sneakers for causal use vs the beating my trailblazers take. They’re perfect. Amazingly comfortable right out of the box, perfect fit, love the style, color, everything. Super lightweight but with plenty of support and cushioning. They have officially replaced my vans.
I think they tend to run a little small because a 7 is perfect on me but I’m usually a 6.5
