Excellent customer service
Our son likes his dad’s Chelsea boots so much we bought him a pair for his birthday. We needed to exchange for a half-size smaller. I’ve never had such an easy exchange! We just dropped the box with the boots to send back to our UPS store, show them the QRC code sent to our phone, and new boots were on their way! He says this pair fits just right and are super comfortable and he loves the way they look. We’ll be buying another pair for another son and highly recommend both this company and their boots!

Winter kicks
Haven’t had a chance to really wear them yet but in my limited interaction they seem great. I need to waterproof them for the snow here in Michigan.
