Review of my Primal Zen shoes
I'm a fitness instructor that has always used "thick-soled" shoes, so using LEMS was a huge departure for me. But I LOVE them - they are absolutely perfect for both walking at leading Group Ex classes! Glad I found you.

Motion is lotion
As a recent retiree I have been brutal to my feet. My ankles, arches, toes. All neglected and rigid. Effecting my gait, hamstrings, lower back, balance and stability. I have been addressing these issues at a Pilates Studio. The instructor had suggested LEMs because they allow movement. I love them. The large toe box gives my toes and knuckles room for movement. The flexible design allows me for take full steps, my feet, toes and ankles get full range of motion. My legs and back are feeling relief. I sold, time to get a pair for hiking
I also want to applaud the company for exchanging sizes free of charge. I had to go up a half size. We don't have great shopping where I live so I ordered from LEMs direct

Comfortable shoe
