Prima Zen--best I've ever found
I have rather wide feet and some structural bone distortion in the tight So the trick has always been to get as wide a toe box as possible without shoe falling of the foot.
I'm 88 years old and LEMS makes the bet shoe (for me). No Pain now...happier old grouch.
