Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

RUGGED RUBBER OUTSOLE

The full rubber outsole features 4mm lugs for incredible traction both on and off-road. The built in zig-zag siping helps dissipate water and maintain ground contact.

DURABLE MATERIALS

Crafted with perforated suede where the foot flexes, allowing for maximum comfort and mobility.

WIDE TOE BOX

Unlike traditional footwear that squeeze the toes together, our foot-shaped toe box allows for maximum room giving the toes ultimate freedom to wiggle and spread.

Places the forefoot and heel flat to the ground or pedal, correcting posture, aligning your spine, and encouraging mid-foot strike.

Wow! Comfortable trainers at last!
My lovely new trail thrashers have made my feet very happy. Indeed! They were comfortable from the first time wearing them, which is something I’ve never experienced before and I’m wearing them all the time. I live on a canal boat in Wales and the thrashers have a great grip for climbing on and off the boat. I can see these materials and workmanship that have gone into making these mean that my feet are going to happy for a long time to come! Thank you Lens…I Love ‘em!

I can walk without any pain or issues
No matter what - my feet have issues with most shoes but these shoes have been great right out of the box. I can walk for miles without any issues. The only thing I would mention is that you might want to start on shorter walks to get used to them - I could feel my shins aching but that was without any breaking in - I just went walking. So glad I discovered LEMS!
