A Helpful Shoe
I wear these for work and the first few days my legs were sore. But I knew that the transition to a zero drop shoe would not be instantaneous. I wear an 8 1/2 US which is a 41 in this style but I ended up choosing a 42 because I wear them with toe socks and correct toes and I wanted plenty of room without having to remove the liner. The wide toe box is great and allows for natural toe splay which is so much more helpful for balance in walking and standing.

Ms.
I have had my Lems for over 2.5 years. I ordered a pair of black ones, and I wear them to work almost daily. I wear them outside and inside. I have kayaked in these shoes, then thrown them in the wash. They dry very quickly. I took the insole out because I go barefoot when possible. I bike, hike, and garden in these shoes. Because of the gardening, I wash them often. Today they finally showed the first sign of wear. I am excited to order a new pair... for nicer settings, but will continue to wear these for hiking and gardening. Love my Lems! I really can't stand to wear any other shoes now except my Lems and flip flops. The bunion on my right foot has basically disappeared, and the one on my left foot looks much better and rarely hurts now.

so far so good
when I first wore them for an hour I had some pain in the balls of my feet and I couldn't really tell if my toes were better off or not but now after a couple of weeks my feet feel great, and I'm wearing them everywhere. I wear toe separators at night and I think the Lems are just letting them stay separated during the day. I also had great service when I had to return the shoes for a better size. I'm very pleased with the customer service.

Great Shoes!!
I love these shoes. I have plantar faciitis and am working to restore movement to my feet. I love the black ones. I would love to see the Mary Jane type shoes brought back so that I can wear them for work.

fatigue free
I wear these babies to work as I stand all day on my feet. To be honest I forget I am wearing shoes. I have tried so many other shoes and they hurt my feet. I have pain in my heels due to the fact I stand all day. Happy with these shoes the are my rescue.

love the shoes
I really liked the shoes. I have a history of bunion surgery, and the the outer ends of my feet were hurting. I love how can wiggle my toes in these, and do not feel constricted. I have to make sure I wear socks that are high enough in the back of the shoe, or else it would hurt when the shoes rub against my skin on the back.

So happy I found Lems
I am a runner who only wears zero drop shoes. Naturally, I want all of my shoes to have this same characteristic. A friend of mine told me about Lems. I've had the Primal shoes for about 6 weeks and I love them. Flat, roomy in the toe box, light and attractive enough to wear at work. What more could I ask for? How about another pair in a different color! I will be ordering soon.

These shoes are without a doubt the most comfortable shosies I have ever worm. My feet are very weird and quite ugly -- bunions, too high arches, the whole bit ... however, these shoes are like walking around in bedroom slippers. I didn't even need time to adjust to them. They were recommended to me by my massage therapist, and I thanked her profusely. Needless to say, I will be ordering again -- both this style and others. I'm hooked!

Loving My Lems
So glad I took the time to read the company's sizing suggestions because the smaller than typical size was perfect for me! In warm weather I am perpetually in Reef Flip Flops but traveling to the trails of the Pacific Nothwest I wanted a bit more coverage and these fit the need perfect. Super comfy, breathable, wonderfully lightweight, great footbase!

Love these!
I have worn the Primal 2 for about 5 weeks and I love them. They are the only shoes I wear now along with the toe socks and the Correct Toes. I have high hopes that my crooked toes will straighten (one was starting to overlap the big toe) and maybe, just maybe, my bunions will disappear! I no longer have foot and toe cramping and my feet don't ache no matter how far I walk. Next I'm getting the Boulder Boot in the Navy. They look awesome! Lems shoes are medicine for my body!

Workout
The wide toe bed and zero rise make this a great shoe to workout in. Very light weight.

Most Comfortable Shoes in Years!
I have wider feet to begin with so was a little nervous about these shoes but they have been amazing. They don't rub, have a great feel right out of the box, but still give me that minimalist feel i have learned to love over the years. I loved these so much I bought a pair of the 9to5s the first day the new color was available. Love those too!!

Primal 2 and Boulder Boots
After dealing with a mid and fore foot injury for 5 months, I was in search of a shoe with a wide toe box. i then found Lems shoes. I have 2 pair of Primal 2, and 2 pairs of Boulder Boots.. I am so grateful to have shoes that don't cause discomfort and also look good.

Very comfortable
I've been wearing the Primal 2 shoes for three weeks now. They're very comfortable and lightweight. They're also more discreet and better looking than other minimalist footwear I have tried. I highly recommend them!

Runner
I learned about Lems from The Gait Guys. I ordered the Primal 2 and have worn them almost everyday since I got them 3 weeks ago. I have the black and they are great, but plan to order another pair in brown just to have a second pair. I wear them to work with dresses and leggings and they look nice while allowing me to stay in a shoe that will support my rehabilitation of gait issues.

Good but run large
These are as close to being nonugly as I could find. They run large. In normal shoes I wear 7.5 to 8. But when I ordered the 8 They were huge. It was my faultI should have used the sizing print outs.I never got to return them due to my cousin suddenly passing away. I will order again but it wont be for awhile as these shoes are expensive for what you get. Just one of thise other annoyances about this organic all natural movement. Everything is more expensive. I docked a star for cost.

Fantastic
It took about a week to completely settle into the fit and feel, but after that I became aware that my feet and toes had more flexibility, and the pain from my bunion had greatly subsided with all the natural stretching/movement a zero drop affords. Now I don't even feel like I'm wearing shoes, they are so light weight. I vow never to wear anything other than a zero drop shoe ever again. LOVE THEM!

Dissapointed
A friend bought these shoes and says she wears them everywhere, loves them. I thought I would give it a try. I've only worn the shoes twice so far, went for short walk with them. I don't understand how theyou are advertised to have a wide toe box. I have other normal sneakers that have a much wider toe box than knees. My pinky toe rubs up against the side and feels squished together. There is plenty of room up by the big toe.

Ms.
When I was diagnosed with RA I couldn't wear my regular shoes anymore due to intense ball-of-foot pain, yet I couldn't go barefoot either. Discovering Lems put me on the road to recovery. No more pain! I live in Lems!
