3,5 mm polyester ersättningssulor för Casual Sole-modeller

As mentioned in other insole reviews, I needed to adapt my Lems shoes while I deal with a partial tear of a plantar plate. I found what I needed for the affected foot but that meant my shoes now had different stack heights. For the healthy foot, I removed the 4.5 mm cork insole it came with, then slipped a 5.5 mm cork insole in with the Personalized Fit Insole underneath it, and all felt even again. And I get to enjoy a bit of extra cushioning under both feet until my plantar plate heals!

So glad Lems had such a terrific selection of insoles. I know I will continue to make use of them in various ways after my foot heals.

I had a bad broken bone in my leg. They basically had to reattach the bottom half of my left shin. It has always felt a little shorter when it healed. I bought this sole to fit inside the left shoe of my new pair of trail thrashers. I wear size 12 and this came in a size 12.5 so it was so easy to just cut off a small sliver and it fits perfectly under the insole that came with the shoe. So it just balances and levels me out perfectly. It’s the first time I’ve done this but I’ll never wear shoes without it anymore. Perfect for minor correction of any issues you may have with size, cushioning or fit.

I have a tiny size discrepancy that results in a variety of methods to fix-tongue pads, heel grips, etc. I keep my worn out thin cork LEMS insoles to stack on that side, etc. These came with my new boots and solved the problem before it became a problem!!
