Our shoe tore on first use. I contacted customer service, provided them with pictures and description of where tear was and they promptly sent me out a new replacement pair. Thank you for supporting your product

Very comfortable especially for toes
Primal 3 is very comfortable foot bed and has large toe box. I was surprised how rocks don’t bother my feet when wearing them. I really like Lem’s Primal 3 and look forward many mores years of purchasing them.
