We understand that an order does not always work out. So to better satisfy our customers, we make returns and exchanges easy. All Lems' products that are UNWORN without any visible wear and tear can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase. All returns are subject to an inspection upon arrival at our warehouse, if your item does not meet the aforementioned standards we will ship your package back to your address and not process your refund/exchange. 

You will be refunded for the amount of the items purchased.  Please allow up to two weeks for your return/exchange to be processed.

  • All Lems' products purchased from outside retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and cannot be refunded through the Lems Shoes' website.
  • Purchased from Another Online Retailerreturn-icon02.png

    If you purchased a Lems Shoes' product through another online store such as NaturalFootGear, NorthWest Foot and Ankle or Huckberry you must contact their customer service to request a return and please disregard any Lems Shoes packing slip.

    If purchased through Amazon, please be sure to include your email address on the RMA form.

    We are unable to pay for return shipping to our warehouse at this time - we will pay for shipping out the exchanged item to you. If a different size is needed in a product, fill out the Return/Exchange Authorization Form and wait 72 hours for an email with instructions on how to ship it back. We allow ONE exchange per order. Exchanges can ONLY be done for a different size of the same product. There are no exchanges for different products. You must create a new order if you wish to receive a different product.  
  • International Exchanges

    Unfortunately, we do not offer size exchanges for international orders. International orders may only be refunded if a product fits incorrectly. Please fill out the Return/ Exchange Authorization Form and wait 72 hours for an email. Once we receive your product back we will refund you for the product, but not for the shipping.

How to Return/Exchange ?

FOR ORDERS PLACED AS A REGISTERED CUSTOMER - Please log into your account by selecting MY ACCOUNT on the top right of our website.  Click on ORDERS and you should see the items you purchased.  To the right of the item, you should see RETURN ITEMS under the shipped tab.  Please select this and enter your request into the form and submit. You will not receive an RMA number - you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your shoes within 72 hrs.  Please ensure that items are returned in a re-sellable condition.

FOR ORDERS PLACED VIA GUEST CHECKOUT, please fill out the form below and we will send you a return instruction email within 72hrs. 

Please Note:  If you wish to amend your return request, please contact our customer support team at returns@lemsshoes.com or call  844-859-5367 Monday-Friday, 10-5pm ET.

If you suspect you have received defective items, please send an email with photographic evidence to support@lemsshoes.com.  Defectives returned within 45 days of the original purchase date may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Defectives received after 45 days may only be exchanged for a new product of similar value.
