Returns and Exchanges

We understand that a purchase does not always work out.  We are happy to accept returns and exchanges that are unworn, without any wear and tear, within 45 days of purchase.  At this time we are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping labels.  Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.  You will be refunded for the amount of the items purchased.

If a different size/color is needed in a product, follow the instructions below.  You can exchange for item(s) the same or lesser value. We will pay for shipping out the exchanged item to you.  For items of greater value or to purchase additional item(s), please create a new order. If you are unhappy with your exchanged item, you can return unworn items for a refund only within 45 days of receiving the item.

  • International Orders 

    Orders may be returned for a refund for the cost of the item purchased.  If another size is needed, please place a NEW order.  The items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received in the original packaging. 


How To Start The Return/Exchange Process:

  • Purchased from a Retail Store

All Lems' products purchased from outside retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and cannot be refunded or exchanged through the Lems Shoes' website.

  • Purchased from Another Online Retailer

If you purchased a Lems Shoes' product through another online store such as NaturalFootGear, NorthWest Foot and Ankle, Huckberry or Campsaver you must contact their customer service to request a return and please disregard any Lems Shoes packing slip.

  • Purchased from LEMS

    • FOR ORDERS PLACED AS A REGISTERED CUSTOMER - Click on MY ACCOUNT at the top right of our website.  Click on ORDERS to view order history.  To the right of the order you wish to return, select RETURN ITEMS under the shipped tab.  Enter your request into the form and submit. You will receive a return instruction email within 1 business day.  Please ensure that items are returned in a re-sellable condition.
    • FOR ORDERS PLACED VIA GUEST CHECKOUT - Please fill out the form below and we will send you a return instruction email within 1 business day.

Lems shoes have a 300-500 mile life expectancy.  If you suspect you have received a defective item, please send an email with photographic evidence to support@lemsshoes.com.  Defectives returned within 45 days of the original purchase date may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Defectives received after 45 days may only be exchanged for a new product of similar value or store credit.
