RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We understand that a purchase does not always work out. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges that are unworn, without any wear and tear, within 45 days of purchase. At this time we are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping labels. Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund or exchange up to 2 weeks. You will be refunded for the amount of the items purchased.
If a different size/color is needed in a product, follow the instructions below. You can exchange for item(s) the same or lesser value. For items of greater value or to purchase additional item(s), please create a new order. We will pay for shipping out the exchanged item to you.
Orders may be returned for a refund for the cost of the item purchased. If another size is needed, please place a NEW order. The items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received in the original packaging.

PURCHASED FROM A RETAIL STORE
All Lems’ products purchased from outside retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and cannot be refunded or exchanged through the Lems Shoes’ website.

PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER ONLINE RETAILER
If you purchased a Lems Shoes’ product through another online store such as NaturalFootGear, NorthWest Foot and Ankle, Huckberry or Campsaver, you must contact their customer service departments to request a return. Please disregard any Lems Shoes packing slip.
Lems Shoes have a 300-500 mile life expectancy. If you suspect you have received a defective item, please send an email with a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. Defectives returned within 45 days of the original purchase date may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Defectives received after 45 days may only be exchanged for a new product of the same value, or store credit.
