OK; so this is for the canvas shoes. wash them in warm water and then duck the canvas using a hairdryer or heat gun; you'll see the wax absorb. Well; you now have the most wonderful duck canvas one could imagine. It's really sweet.Darin L.Verified Buyer

I purchased this wax in an attempt to water proof the canvas chukkas. Not sure if I did it right. Not sure if it’s working. But I’m satisfied with the wax.Andrew D.Verified Buyer

Be careful, Boulder Boots (desert tan) are made of nylon, not cotton, and will burn/turn darker if it is applied with a heat gun to soak into the fabric. Though can be lightened afterwards if scratched with your fingernail. Best of Luck! This product does work great with actual canvas products (thick black) and if not heated creates a beautiful waxed/velvety texture on hats (grey brim, black trucker back).Rob C.
