First look and feel is awesome. If I remove the insoles, it's even more grounded for true feel. Having many ideas how to try them (hiking, running, etc) - so I be back here soon :)

First of all, my last pair of Lems was purchased more than four years ago (they were called Leming back then!), and finally thrown out this New Year's Day. So by that stage, they were extremely well worn in. Fresh out of the box, my new Lems did feel a little stiff and kind of snug on the big toe, length wise. I seem to remember that this had been the case with my old Lemings, so I wasn't really concerned. The first test was my usual 1.5km walk to Benjakitti Park, Bangkok. The walk was enjoyable, as Lems don't need to be 'broken in' like other conventional footwear - just tie the laces and start walking! The next test - and this is my ULTIMATE test of a shoe's suitability - was tai chi practice. My old Lemings had been my tai chi shoes due to the right combination of ground feel, flexibility and stability (no other shoe maker has matched Lems in this combination), and the new Lems lived up to their predecessor in every way!! While the Primal 2 is an update of the Leming Primal, I'd like to say thank goodness they haven't changed too much. On the walk home, I could already feel the material of the upper started to give nicely. I look forward to getting them nicely worn in like my last pair.

I bought primal 2 as I have had tailors bunion surgery. It's always been difficult to fond wide enough shoes of any kind. From the first moment I tried them on,,, I knew it was love??Pls never stop making them I can't imagine wearing any others. As soon as I can afford it, I will be getting more colours. The supplier on the Sunshine Coast is amazingly helpful and delivers a superb service, so glad to find you Lems!
