Warm, wet proof.
Nice boots. Comfortable toe box. Definitely warm—temps are currently in the single digits, and this boot, paired with thick socks, has kept my feet warm. That said, it’s too warm for anything above 40°F, in my opinion.
I have true rain boots for rainy days and snow boots for deep snow. I got these for wet days (post-rain, post-sleet, etc.), and in that regard, they excel.
The boot is, erm, stiff. I developed pain in my Achilles tendon on one foot. It could just be a personal issue—after all, the other foot is fine. However, breaking in these boots is taking a long time. I wear them daily for walks, and the pain still returns every time I put the boot on (though it’s significantly less painful now). I like the boot enough to push through the pain, that and $190 is too expensive to throw in the towel.

Sooo comfortable!
The most comfortable shoe I have. Love the wide toe box and the lightness of the boot. The only draw back I found is that my feet tend to get a little moist (and then cold) when i wear them all day. The waterproofness is great but it also seems to not let my feet breathe as well as some of my other leather shoes that are not waterproof…just something to note if you know your feet tend to sweat!
