Easy Returns & Exchanges

We understand that an order does not always work out. In order to better satisfy our customers, we make returns and exchanges easy. All Lems' products that are unworn without any visible wear and tear can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

*All Lems' products purchased from outside retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and cannot be refunded through the Lems Shoes' website.

*If you purchased a Lems Shoes' product through another online retailer you must contact their administration to request an RMA. If purchased through Amazon, please be sure to include your email address on the RMA form.

U.S. Exchanges
If a different size is needed in a product, simply send the incorrect size to the address listed below.
*Only one sizing exchange per order. Please ensure proper measurements before ordering.

International Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer size exchanges for our international customers. If a product fits incorrectly, please send the product to the address listed below to receive the full amount back on the original tender.

How to Return/Exchange
Please fill out the Return Authorization Form located to the right and an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be sent in a confirmation E-mail within 5 business days. Once a confirmation E-mail is sent, please ship the item back in the original packaging with the RMA# written on the shipping label.
