shipping policy

Orders received before 1:00pm Mon-Fri leave our warehouse same day.  If your order is placed after 1:00pm on Friday it will leave our warehouse the following Monday at 5:00pm. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.  We will email your tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse. Standard shipping ships out via USPS and their electronic tracking info is sometimes delayed for several days, so don't worry if you cannot track it in the first 48 hours or so of placing your order.

domestic shipping

Standard shipping is USPS Ground.  We ship from North Carolina, so for East Coast destinations expect delivery time in 3-4 business days, and for west coast destinations to arrive in 4-7 business days. You can upgrade to faster shipping for an added charge. 

international shipping

We ship worldwide via U.S. Postal Service. We ship to nearly every country.  During checkout, specify your shipping address and it will calculate shipping based on country.  Please include a correct zip or postal code and add any necessary shipping comments.  

1)  Standard rates vary between $16.00-$28.00 depending on country. Please allow 14-28 days for delivery.
2)  Expedited rates are available. They are more pricey but shipping time is 10-21 days.
