We make Returns and Exchanges easy, so that you don't have to go through the hassle. If you are making your first purchase and can't decide between two sizes, we recommend that you buy both sizes. It is most convenient and cost effective for you to return the size that doen't fit. Thank you for your cooperation.Shoes must have been purchased within 30 days and be in original condition (cannot have been worn outside and must be with ALL original packaging). Shoes bought from this site are returnable to us. If you bought them from one of our stores you must return it to them.
Step 1 - Just fill out the Return Authorization form to the right and we will email you a Return Authorization# and instructions.
Step 2 - You will receive a 2nd email with return shipping instructions. Item must be shipped back in the original shipping bag (or new shipping box) and original shoebox and write the Return Authorization# on the shipping label in marker. You pay for return shipping.
Step 3 - For exchanges we will ship out your new pair free of charge, allow 7-10 total business days. For refunds we will credit your money back (minus the shipping cost), allow up to 25 days.
